Inventory Forecasting
[ad.agio] stores very detailed logs with all the single transactions related to each single user. In order to provide inventory control and make predictions the huge amount of data about transaction and user behaviour will be turned into useful information and knowledge.
[ad.agio] implements a powerful custom made traffic forecast supporting the sales force in selling ad-space and preventing the overbooking of campaigns. The inventory forecasting is an integrated feature of [ad.agio] that helps publishers predict how much inventory will be available based on an advertiser’s campaign delivery goals.
It has been developed on live data and depending upon our customers' needs. In order to to book the inventory according to different scenarios and business models, the system takes into considerations all the different planning typeS used by the client (Eg. Sponsorship; Premium; Performance Imps; unique user frequency cap; etc..).

The number of Imps available for a given time period is estimated based on the past performance of traffic on the publisher network’s sites taking into account impressions already booked by active campaigns and campaign booking parameters (geo-targeting, tiering, period, etc..). Also it handles seasonality, bank holidays, or unique events that may affect client’s business.
It is also available a customized traffic forecast tailored for yellow pages directories to get the most value from the unique inventory composed by several business categories and geographic locations.
